Non stock orders
Any items that we do not have in stock or that we do not hold, we will advise you of a delivery date.
Payment
Can be made by credit or debit card, BACS or cash. To set up an account, details are available on request.
Carriage
Mainland UK rates Next day delivery from £12.95, 2 - 3 days from £7.95. All pallet deliveries, price available on request.
Isle of Wight delivery
Next day delivery from £9.50 All pallet deliveries, price available on request.
Despatch
Orders received before 12 noon, we will endeavour to despatch the same day. Goods will be despatched upon receipt of your payment.

Delivery
Delivery dates for goods, though given in good faith are estimates only and subject to the relevant stock being available. We accept no responsibility and the purchaser has no right to cancel the order if delivery is delayed, unless we have specifically agreed in writing to deliver on a particular date.
All goods signed for by the customer indicates acceptance of the goods under our Terms and Conditions. ‘Not checked’ or ‘signed damaged’ or similar written in delivery documents, will not indicate seller responsibility.
If the buyer either fails to take delivery of the goods or to give the seller adequate delivery instruction that results in third party costs to the seller, the buyer without prejudice can be held responsible for recover of such costs.
Payments
All goods will remain the property of Shop Services Ltd until full payment has been made.
Despite our intention to supply at prices shown on this website, all products shown can be subject to change.
Payment terms are stated on all Quotations which are agreed when the order has been placed.
In the event of the death, incapacity, bankruptcy or any act of insolvency of the customer or if the customer is a limited company in the event of liquidation or appointment of a receiver then the purchase price of all goods invoiced or dispatched by the seller shall become forthwith due and payable by the customer and the seller shall further be entitled to treat as cancelled every contract made between the seller and the customer or at the sellers option to suspend or to continue the delivery of goods there under without prejudice to any other rights.
Returns & Liabilities
All bespoke joinery items are non returnable. All other goods are to be returned within a maximum of 14 working days with our prior consent and a 30% handling fee will be charged on the return of non stocked items. Any unwanted (non faulty) items may be returned at the customers own cost.
Any damages, shortages or problems must be reported to Shop Services Ltd by 12pm the next working day after delivery or collection.
Our liability in respect to damaged/delayed goods shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods (excluding VAT) and our liability shall not extend to consequential or indirect loss or damage.
Shop Services Ltd will not be liable for defaults resulting from actions beyond their reasonable control.
Drawings & Specifications
The customer accepts full responsibility for approving the dimensions, shape and all other aspects of the drawings. Any alterations or amendments made by the customer once manufacturing has commenced will be charged to the customer. The customer shall satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the design and schedule.
The seller cannot accept any responsibility for any variation of colour or design between materials and samples supplied and previously approved by the customer and completed units. Because timber is a natural product it gives a variety of grain patterns and shades of colour.
The seller is in no way responsible for any help or advice that the customer feels later is incorrect or dissatisfied. Customers should check specifications and suitability before placing an order as goods are not sold on a trial basis.
